QOCO Systems was chosen as the most promising company of the SUPERFINNS program. QOCO Systems provides SaaS solutions for commercial aviation maintenance, enhancing efficiency, safety, and connectivity.
Kasvu Open’s and Nordea’s SUPERFINNS program aims to support entrepreneurship and the growth of companies by annually offering expert sparring to SMEs on the verge of international breakthrough. The program’s jury believes that QOCO Systems – which has climbed to the top spot among the participating companies – has clear focus and a winner’s attitude. The company does international and convincing business and ticks all the boxes in the SUPERFINNS criteria.
-The SUPERFINNS program is designed to boost the ambition and internationalization plans of SMEs. Companies that are growth seeking and willing to learn are generally successful beyond Finland’s borders. These criteria are met by QOCO Systems – it was particularly impressive to see a good product that is ready to be a global success story, says Vesa Riihimäki from Nordea Startup & Growth.
The jury also awarded honorable mentions to FinanceKey for the experienced team and RAULI for passion and will to learn.

BOLD GROWTH STRATEGY IS THE WAY TO STARS
The most promising SUPERFINNS company was selected from over 40 applicants and 15 participants. During the program, each company met many business development experts and jury representatives who evaluated the companies’ journey in the program. The jury selected the SUPERFINN 2024 company based on the following criteria: a clear and scalable business model, market potential and proof of concept, an ambitious and competent team, and courage to think big.
