I work as a Growth Advisor at Turku Business Region, helping startups with scaling and early stage prioritizing. In praticality this means running our 8 week long accelerator program BusinessUp, giving workshops on Value Proposition Canvas (product and market fit + testing value propositions), mentoring startups one2one and maintaining a network that is relevant for our customers.

Previuously I’ve worked with MedTech, taking an innovative Finnish eHealth solution to the Swedish market. I am guided by a customer centric approach, since starting my work life in a customer relationship role. Most of my experience is sales and market entry related. In the role of CEO of a subsidiary I have also gained insgihts in administration, HR and due diligence processes.

In my current role as a Growth Advisor I find I am usually able to generate most value by utilizing my network – basically “Connecting people” in the words of my first employer.

Scandinavia has always been my main market and being half-Norwegian I’m always eager to discuss west-bound expansion plans.
