I am a Business Professional, with more than 40 years’ experience in advising customers in strategy design and execution, business planning, development and performance enhancement, restructuring, sell and buy side M&A, IPOs, and finance arrangements, as well as Chairperson of the board.

I have worked as a business analyst, management consultant, corporate financier and advisor with start-up’s, growth companies, small and medium sized corporations, with local, multi local and global companies.

During my career I have been involved in more than 350 consulting, corporate-finance and advisory engagements, in which I have advised businesses with a variety of development phases, challenges and opportunities in many industries and service sectors. In many engagements, especially with start-up and scale-up companies, work has also encompassed R&D and technology related issues. In Horizon-2020 program, all work was R&D and technology centric, often with companies venturing into new businesses with new emerging technologies, crossing industry boundaries and disrupting traditional business models.

At present I work mainly with company boards, advising owners, entrepreneurs, boards, executive teams, and directors of start-up, scale-up and growth-companies. My combined board experience exceeds 50 years.

I am an easy-going, adaptable personality with good command of group dynamics, teambuilding, and sensitivity of the situation, experienced with multicultural environments, equipped with capacity to quickly understand business dynamics and industry logic.
