SpinDrive: ”Perspectives and insights”
Almost half of all electricity in the world is used by electric motors. SpinDrive tackles the challenge of saving energy by producing new type of technology for these motors. This technology utilizes magnetic levitation that helps to rotate motors at higher speeds reducing the need for electricity.
SpinDrive applied to SUPERFINNS due to earlier, positive experience in Kasvu Open sparring. According to CEO Janne Heikkinen, the diversity of professional perspectives is the real juice of sparring as it enables the company to see all sides of the situation.

During SUPERFINNS SpinDrive received perspectives and insights to their core processes such as sales and marketing and recruiting abroad. They have been able to apply these insights to improve their competence.
At the moment SpinDrive is building their stance both in Europe and USA. Future plans include also entering the Asian market.

Gixon App: ”Boost and clarity”
Gixon App is the first service provider in the world that has applied the concept behind such known brands as Uber or Wolt to bridge the gap between clients and artists offering live entertainment. With Gixon App one can easily book an artist straight to their front door.
Gixon App applied to SUPERFINNS in the midst of big challenges in hopes of finding answers and new routes for growth. According to CCO Mikko Haapala, Gixon App received both boost and clarity.

Gixon is preparing to both broaden their range of services as well as enter the international market in new locations.
Currently Gixon App is available in Helsinki, London and Toronto. They have also been building their stance in Liverpool, Manchester and Estonia. Their next step is to enter the market in the Arab Emirates and USA.

Bluet Floating Solutions: ”new contacts and a sharpened pitch”
Bluet Floating Solutions offers sustainable, ecological and scalable infrastructure and other floating solutions to build on water. In addition to their own products, they also offer their expertise when creating floatable solutions to various construction projects.
Bluet Floating Solutions applied to SUPERFINNS to gain new perspectives to funding, production and building networks. According to CEO Tytti Sirola the benefits gained from SUPERFINNS include also new contacts and a sharpened pitch.

At the moment Bluet Floating Solutions is growing fast. Majority of their business – approximately 70% – is international. The company is expecting new openings in various international markets, including the USA.
Bluet Floating Solutions is also building new partnerships in Finland. Next year they will bring the World Conference on floating solutions 2025 (WCFS) to Espoo, Finland.

Work Pilots applied to SUPERFINNS to receive sparring and support for international growth. As Work Pilots is operating in a new kind of market, gaining clarity with their growth plan has been crucial.
